Our Process

What happens behind the scenes to ensure you get a reliable, legal and well-maintained vehicle

1. Partner Sourcing & Document Verification

We work with trusted partners across Europe who supply us with used vehicles. Each vehicle undergoes a strict validation process:

Ownership and registration document check
Inspection of technical control validity
Certificate of conformity verification (if applicable)

2. Legal Hold & Encumbrance Verification

We take time to verify that the vehicle is free from any legal restrictions, liens, or outstanding financial obligations.

3. Vehicle Technical Assessment

We review each vehicle’s technical condition and usage history before including it in our listings. Only quality, well-maintained vehicles are shown on the website.

4. Privacy and Safety

We protect personal and sensitive vehicle data. Registration numbers, VINs, owner details and precise locations are not displayed publicly. When a visit is arranged and its reservation is confirmed, the necessary location details are shared privately by the agent.

5. Order Directly

If you decide to order directly, you pay 20% before shipment. We then arrange delivery to your chosen address. Upon delivery, after inspecting the vehicle, you pay another 20%. You then have 30 calendar days from delivery to change your mind and return the vehicle. If you return it within that period, all amounts already paid toward the vehicle are fully refunded and the final balance is no longer due. If you keep the vehicle after the 30-day period, you pay the remaining 60%. The 1-year legal conformity warranty and the 6-month commercial warranty against hidden defects then take effect from the date the vehicle is paid in full. Trailers and containers are ordered directly only and use a standard preorder deposit of 50% before shipment.

6. Book a Visit

For listings where visits are available, an agent arranges the visit with the partner. An upfront visit reservation deposit confirms the visit in your name. Visits cannot be booked for trailers or containers.

After the visit, if you decide not to buy, the visit reservation deposit is fully refundable.
If you decide to buy, the full visit reservation deposit is deducted from the purchase price.

Example: for a €5,000 item with a €500 visit reservation deposit, €4,500 remains to be paid if you buy after the visit.
